So get this......some bonehead gets pulled over by a female cop in Oakville Ontario. He is told he needs to pay a fine on the spot and has no money.

Alot of amazing bands and artists have come out of Edmonton, including The Stereos, Tupelo Honey and Kreesha Turner.
