Hand Holding

I recieved an email this morning about a photo on Barack Obama's Facebook page, and it almost made me cry.

No, this isn't some liberal mumbo jumbo. But Sarah nade some really good points in her email, one being she can't remember the last time her and her husband held hands.
Or the last time they held hands with each other.
Sarah explains: "We are usually on either side of our daughter, each one holding her hands to make a family chain."
But you have to admit that there is something so poignant about the President and Mrs. Obama's fingers draped oh so lightly across one another's that makes even me want to find someone to hold hands with.
Do you still hold hands?

I'm so jealous!!!
I'm so jealous!!!
you bet!!! In fact its my
you bet!!! In fact its my soon to be husband that loves to do it!!! And i think thats a major part of what determines if you d or don't...whether or not you feel comfortable holding hands in public around other people. We do it all the time!!
Human touch releases
Human touch releases feel-good endorphins in your brain. Holding hands is a subtle way to display affection and make your partner feel good about him/herself (even if its only subcontiously).
my wife and I have been
my wife and I have been together for 16yrs and married for 13 and we still hold hands and kiss in public and people think we are still newlyweds

I love holding hands. It's
I love holding hands. It's something so small that makes you feel so connected with your signigificant other. You could be out walking the mall and just holding hands makes it so you're still with each other. I love seeing older people holding hands, it's so cute to see that they still have that strong of love between each other that they're out holding hands. Whenever I see anyone holding hands, it actually makes me smile. It's so small, yet so sweet.
