Please note:

1. Our volunteer dates and times:

• BUILD NIGHTS: October 9 / 14/ 16 / 20 (4pm – 9pm)
• LIVE ACTING/SCARING NIGHTS: October 22 / 23 / 24 (6:30pm – 10:30pm)
• TEAR DOWN DAY: October 25 (10am – 2pm)

2. That it is the expectation that every volunteer can commit to a minimum of:

• 1 build night
• The tear down day
• (If you’d like to act) 1 acting night.

3. That EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON complete the form below.

• We cannot, for insurances and liability purposes, allow underage volunteers to contribute without an adult present with you during build and acting nights.
