• What time does the Haunted House run? 6pm – 10pm nightly.
  If you’d like to come and get in line early (5:30pm or onwards), please keep to the right of the parking lot. We want to be courteous to our neighbors in the other building!

• How long does it take to get through the Haunted House? About 10 – 20 minutes depending on group size.

• How old do you need to be to enter? This is a very spooky haunted house, with live actors. Parental discretion advised for any children attending. We strongly recommend no children under 10.

• How many people can enter at a time? 6. If your group is smaller you’ll be paired with others, if your group is larger we’ll have to break it up.

• Is this a ticketed event? No. However, you will be required to fill out an event waiver prior to entering the Haunted House.
  Anyone 18 and under must have an accompanying adult to sign the waiver.

• What is the cost to enter? Free! However, we will be collecting non-perishable food for the Edmonton Food Bank and encourage all attendees to bring something. Check out their “most needed items” list here: Most Needed Items

• What is the toilet situation? We will have 2 regular and 1 accessible porta potty on-site.

• Is it and indoor or outdoor event? The Haunted House is built in a garage and the line will be outdoors in our parking lot. Please dress accordingly!

• Where can I park? Our NOW! radio parking lot will be closed for this event. Please find street parking in and around our office.

Please note: The NOW! Haunted House is unfortunately NOT accessibility friendly. There are parts of the house that require stepping up, down, over and ducking through.
