Release and Waiver of Liability for volunteer participation in 102.3 NOW! radio's Haunted House Event

This is a binding legal agreement. Please read carefully. 
1) You understand that there are risks associated in participating in the NOW!radio Haunted House.
2) In understanding there are risks associated with participating in the NOW!radio Haunted House as a volunteer builder or actor, you are releasing and forever discharging Pattison Media LTD, it’s affiliated companies, their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents of all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or in equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage, to your property or self however caused. This means that should anything happens to you while building or acting in the NOW!radio Haunted House, before the event, after the event, or on your way to or from the event, it is not the fault of the Pattison Media LTD or anyone else mentioned in the previous paragraph. You are partaking in the event, pre and post plus travel, at your own risk and are releasing Pattison Media LTD of any liability should anything happen to you.
3) You also consent to the NOW!radio Haunted House taking and sharing photos of you on social media accounts, @1023nowradio, our website, 1023nowradio.com and other affiliated Pattison Media social media accounts, websites and publications.
