Haunted House Volunteer Registration

Welcome NOW! Family, and thank you for your interest in volunteering with the 102.3 NOW! radio Haunted House!

Please see below for a few more concrete details, in addition to those spoken about in our new and comprehensive Volunteer Orientation Video:

1. The form below MUST be filled out by EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON wanting to volunteer.

No completed form = You will not be permitted to partake in any build or live acting nights.
All children 12-17 years of age MUST be accompanied at all times by their legal guardian.

2. It is the expectation that every volunteer can commit to a minimum of:

1 build night
The tear down day
(If you’d like to act) 1 acting night.

3. Our 2026 volunteer dates and times are:

BUILD NIGHTS: October 8/ 13/ 15 / 19 & 20 (4pm – 9pm)
LIVE ACTING/SCARING NIGHTS: October 21 / 22 / 23 (6:30pm – 10:30pm)
TEAR DOWN DAY: October 25 (10am – 2pm)

Release and Waiver of Liability for volunteer participation in 102.3 NOW! radio's Haunted House Event

This is a binding legal agreement. Please read carefully. 
1) You understand that there are risks associated in participating in the NOW!radio Haunted House.
2) In understanding there are risks associated with participating in the NOW!radio Haunted House as a volunteer builder or actor, you are releasing and forever discharging Pattison Media LTD, it’s affiliated companies, their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents of all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or in equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage, to your property or self however caused. This means that should anything happens to you while building or acting in the NOW!radio Haunted House, before the event, after the event, or on your way to or from the event, it is not the fault of the Pattison Media LTD or anyone else mentioned in the previous paragraph. You are partaking in the event, pre and post plus travel, at your own risk and are releasing Pattison Media LTD of any liability should anything happen to you.
3) You also consent to the NOW!radio Haunted House taking and sharing photos of you on social media accounts, @1023nowradio, our website, 1023nowradio.com and other affiliated Pattison Media social media accounts, websites and publications.

A Welcome Email will be sent to you, confirming that you are approved and accounted for as a 2026 NOW! Haunted House volunteer.

No email = You are not approved to attend any build or live acting nights.
