We get very busy with requests in the summer and will be contacting folks no later than 1-week out from their requested visit date and time.

You will get a call and/or email from the NOW! promotions team confirming your Trucksicle request has been scheduled!

As always, we will try to fulfill visits but sometimes we may not be able to make it. Bad weather, traffic, or other stops may affect our ability to fulfill requested stops.

Please note: If your stop gets cancelled we will be in touch day-of about the cancellation, as well as in the following days to see if we can reschedule!

Bad weather (such as rain, storms, heat advisories, air quality advisories etc.) will only impact outdoor stops. If you’re request is at an indoor location we will be there rain or shine!

Anywhere from 15 – 45 minutes, it really depends on that day’s schedule/amount of booked stops! Our team will make sure that everyone on-site gets their popsicles and some great photos before they take off to the next stop – we love meeting our NOW! family!

Our Trucksicle can comfortably accommodate between 600-800 popsicles. However, if you’re stop needs more than that, just let us know in the booking form and we can see what can do to try and make it happen!

It will depend day to day! We try to organize surrounding area visit requests (i.e. Drayton Valley, Redwater etc.) to fall on the same day for ease of travel with our team – but request what works best for you and we’ll see what we do!

It is 100% free to have the Trucksicle come out! AND the popsicles are free too!
